nRole & responsibilities

nWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, connecting with prospects, understanding their business requirements, and converting qualified leads into customers.

n

n Identify and research potential clients through inbound and outbound channels.

nConnect with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.

n Understand client requirements and present relevant products/services.

nQualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timelines.

n Schedule and conduct sales calls, product/service presentations, and follow-ups.

nMaintain consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

n Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions when required.

nMaintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.

n Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





nBuild robust relationships with prospects and existing customers.

n Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth lead handover.

nTrack sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.

n Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

nPreferred candidate profile

nMid to Good proficiency in English Speaking.

n 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, business development, or a related role.

nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

n Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

nComfortable making outbound calls and conducting sales conversations.

n Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

nStrong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

n Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

nBasic understanding of CRM and sales tools.
