Ninja Media Creations is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our business growth by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team for conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and online research.
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce Ninja Media Creations' advertising and media solutions.
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and share basic presentations, proposals and company information with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Work towards monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Comfortable working with targets and regular follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel and sales tracking.
- Candidates with experience in Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing, OOH/DOOH or B2B services will be preferred.
- Candidates currently based in Chennai are preferred.
- This is a Work from Office position. No Work from Home/Hybrid option.
