What you’ll do

- Research companies, decision-makers, and target accounts to identify prospects.
- Build and manage lead lists using data tools, spreadsheets, and CRM.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Support proposals, presentations, competitor research, and account research.
- Work towards weekly and monthly outreach, lead, and meeting targets.

What we’re looking for

- Strong communication skills and confidence on calls.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to learn.




- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic productivity tools.
- Customer-focused approach and professional communication.

Good to have

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Prior exposure to sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles.
- Interest in AI, automation, technology, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and prospecting tools.
