Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Established in 1999, Veenus is a leading manufacturer of innovative building materials in India.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate sales opportunities, follow up with leads, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries through phone, website, social media, and other platforms.
- Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide product information.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and maintain customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for order updates.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and dealers.
- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets.




- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency preferred.
- Tamil and Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Positive organisational and multitasking abilities.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer support, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience in building materials/manufacturing is an advantage.
