Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in the freight forwarding industry to generate leads, develop customer relationships, promote freight services, and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.

- Contact potential customers and promote air freight, sea freight, and logistics services.

- Understand customer shipping requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Prepare and follow up on freight quotations.

- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospects and clients.

- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the Operations and Documentation Teams.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.

- Experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales preferred.

- Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import/Export, and basic shipping processes is an advantage.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding sales.

- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
