What You'll Do:

- Build and manage relationships with property owners and prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services
- Generate business through leads, referrals, and follow-ups
- Drive sales, conversions, upselling & cross-selling
- Handle customer queries and escalations
- Maintain customer & property information in CRM




- Work towards achieving monthly revenue and sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Relationship Management / Business Development
- Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, Telecom or B2C sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation & convincing abilities
- Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
- Good CRM knowledge
- Real estate sales/property consulting experience will be an added advantage.
