We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and highly organized Pre-Sales Executive to join a Leading Luxury Home Dcor & Interior Company. The role involves managing inbound leads, understanding customer requirements, qualifying prospects, and scheduling designer consultations/home visits for premium home furnishing and interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries and qualify leads.

Understand customer requirements, budget, timeline, preferences, and project scope.

Identify serious buyers and schedule designer consultations/home visits.

Manage follow-ups, callbacks, and customer nurturing.

Coordinate between customers, designers, and sales teams.

Maintain accurate CRM updates and lead tracking.

Track lead progress and ensure timely movement through the sales funnel.

Understand customer intent and buying behaviour.

Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Prepare regular lead and follow-up reports for management.

Preferred Experience

14 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Experience, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.

Experience in luxury home dcor, interiors, furniture, home furnishings, premium retail, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.

Experience handling premium/high-value customers is preferred.
