G/-Code & M/-Code Optimisation/: To maximise finish quality and reduce machine wear, write, read, and optimise raw alphanumeric machine instructions by manually adjusting feed rates, spindle speeds, and cutting depths.

Fixture

Design & Workholding Engineering/: Create unique clamps, jaws, and production fixtures in CAD modules to guarantee that components stay precisely secure and rigid under high cutting forces. First/-Off Setup Verification & Dry Runs/: Oversee the shop floor 's initial setup validation loops, carrying out visual dry runs, confirming step/-blocks,



examining offsets, and utilising precision micrometres to audit the first/-off component against engineering prints.
