Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable web applications using the MEAN stack and modern JavaScript technologies.
- Provide technical leadership across development squads covering architecture, design, reusability, performance, and engineering best practices.
- Define application architecture, component structures, design patterns, coding standards, and reusable frameworks.
- Design and develop serverless applications on AWS.
- Architect solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and related services.
- Design scalable and secure RESTful APIs and define appropriate API integration patterns.
- Guide development teams on Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and cloud-native development practices.
- Design serverless applications for scalability, availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Implement and guide teams on AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM).
- Define serverless deployment, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting approaches.
- Review technical designs, architecture documents, code, and development deliverables.
- Establish coding, testing, code review, and automated testing standards.
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Identify architectural risks and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, product, security, and business teams.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and solution evaluations.
- Mentor and coach senior developers and technical leads.
- Guide teams on CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Ensure effective source control practices using Git.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills :

- 12 - 15 years of overall software development experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with MEAN stack technologies.
- Strong experience with Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS.
- Solid experience developing serverless applications on AWS.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with serverless deployment, monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.

Architecture & Engineering :

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience defining reusable application architecture and development standards.
- Strong understanding of application scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Experience conducting technical design and code reviews.
- Strong understanding of testing strategies and automated quality practices.
- Ability to identify technical debt and recommend architectural improvements.

- Experience with cloud-native application modernization.
- Exposure to microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of AWS security and cloud governance practices.
