About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with solid expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced AI frameworks.

This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to collaborate across teams and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI technologies.
- Build and optimize agentic AI systems for complex workflows and automation.
- Implement scalable and efficient Python-based applications for AI/ML pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Conduct research and stay updated on emerging AI trends,



tools, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to AI model performance and scalability.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

- 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based architectures.
- Expertise in RAG techniques and knowledge of vector databases.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
