IT Support & ISO Compliance

We are seeking a candidate with 2–4 years of experience in IT Support who can also contribute to ISO 27001 & SOC2 implementation initiatives.

1. Provide IT Technical Support Deliver first-line and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and productive resolution of user problems.
2. 3. System Administration & Maintenance Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, endpoints, and cloud services, ensuring performance, security, and availability.
4. 5. ISO 27001 Implementation Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001 standards, including risk assessments and control documentation.
6. 7. SOC 2 Compliance Support Collaborate with internal teams to implement SOC 2 controls, prepare evidence for audits, and ensure adherence to trust service criteria (security,



availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, privacy).
8. 9. Security Monitoring & Incident Response Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, apply patches, and respond to security incidents in line with compliance frameworks and organizational policies.
10. 11. Documentation & Policy Development Create and maintain IT support documentation, security policies, procedures, and compliance reports to support audits and certifications.
12. 13. Training & Awareness Conduct user training sessions on IT best practices, cybersecurity awareness, and compliance requirements to strengthen organizational resilience.
