Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing the recruitment process for technical and IT positions. This role includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and guiding candidates through the full hiring cycle.

The recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, use various platforms and tools to identify qualified IT professionals, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.



Daily tasks involve drafting job postings, conducting market research on technical skills and roles, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and collaborating with internal teams to meet hiring targets and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with the ability to understand and assess technical roles and skill sets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networks, and sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience recruiting for IT or technology roles is highly preferred; staffing agency or corporate recruiting background is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
