As a IT Engineer candidate responsible for solutioning and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently.

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Administer Azure environments
- Manage servers, storage and networking
- Monitor system availability and performance
- Manage backups and recovery procedures

Identity & Access Management

- Microsoft Entra ID administration
- Role-based access controls
- Privileged account management
- Access review processes

Endpoint Management

- Intune administration
- Device security policies
- Patch management
- Endpoint compliance monitoring

Security Operations





- Security monitoring and alert management
- Vulnerability assessments
- Security remediation planning
- Incident investigation

Compliance

- Support DPDP compliance implementation
- Support ISO 27001 / other security / compliance standards
- Maintain audit evidence
- Support internal and client audits

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in IT administration, support, and infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configuration
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Experience with backup systems and endpoint security solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, network, and software issues
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of IT compliance and security frameworks
