Role Overview: Looking for an experienced Infor ERP Test Analyst to support a major Infor ERP implementation. Hands-on Infor ERP testing experience is mandatory. The role involves test planning, design, execution, defect management, and coordination across Infor modules, end-to-end processes, integrations, reporting, and data migration.

You will work closely with Test Leads, functional SMEs, technical teams, business users, and stakeholders across SIT, E2E, UAT, system, and regression testing, ensuring the solution is fit for purpose and ready for deployment.

Required Experience

- Proven experience as an ERP Test Analyst, Functional Test Analyst, Senior QA Analyst, or Senior ERP Test Analyst.
- Mandatory hands-on testing experience with Infor ERP, including Infor CloudSuite, Infor LN, or relevant Infor ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of Infor ERP modules, business processes, cross-functional dependencies, and end-to-end processes.
- Experience with SIT, E2E, UAT, system, and regression testing.
- Experience creating test scenarios and scripts covering ERP modules, integrations, interfaces, business processes, reports, and data.
- Experience with test planning, scheduling, test-cycle coordination, scope, coverage, entry/exit criteria, and governance.
- Experience reviewing requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs for testability and traceability.
- Experience testing third-party integrations, interfaces, APIs, batch/file integrations, reconciliations,



error handling, and failure scenarios.
- Experience supporting data migration testing, including mapping, extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and data validation.
- Experience validating master/transactional data, record counts, balances, reports, outputs, and financial/operational calculations.
- Experience with defect logging, evidence capture, severity/priority assessment, impact analysis, triage, retesting, regression, and closure.
- Experience preparing test status, progress, risk, issue, and defect reports.
- Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Xray, qTest, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or equivalent.
- Strong Excel skills for reconciliation, test analysis, control-total validation, and data comparison.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid ERP delivery environments.
- Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Middleware, queues, interface/error-log interpretation
- SQL for backend data validation

- Test-environment readiness, smoke, build, release, and deployment validation
- DevOps, CI/CD, and Continuous Testing
