Viral Glitch is hiring an Influencer Marketing Sales Manager.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to open doors, pitch ideas, build relationships and close business .

At Viral Glitch, we work with brands to build creator-led campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, UGC and performance influencer marketing. We’re also building technology around campaign execution with our in-house platform, CONNECT .

Now, we’re looking for a strong sales professional to help us bring more brands into the creator economy.

What you'll do

- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build relationships with brand and marketing decision-makers
- Pitch influencer marketing solutions and campaign ideas
- Understand client objectives and create relevant proposals
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Negotiate commercials and close deals
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Work closely with the campaign team to turn signed deals into successful campaigns

What we're looking for

- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, media, advertising, digital marketing or influencer marketing




- Strong pitching, communication and negotiation skills
- Someone comfortable speaking with brand decision-makers
- Strong understanding of influencer and digital marketing
- Target-driven mindset with a strong hunger to close
- Existing brand/agency relationships will be a major advantage
- Good presentation and proposal-making skills
