Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the execution of influencer campaigns and community initiatives in a full-time, in office role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and researching relevant creators, assisting with outreach and communication, and helping manage influencer relationships across Socialbaaz and other communities. The intern will contribute to campaign coordination, track deliverables and performance,



and prepare reports and insights for the marketing team.

Additional tasks may include content ideation for social media, supporting events and meetups, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, the creator economy, and digital culture.
- Ability to conduct online research, identify suitable creators, and analyze social media profiles.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for outreach, relationship management, and coordination.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic understanding of social media metrics.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, track tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams and community members.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community building is an advantage.
