Role Description The Influencer Marketing Associate will manage and grow relationships with creators, influencers, and brands to support MyWall’s campaign initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, coordinating campaigns from brief to execution, and ensuring deliverables are aligned with brand objectives and platform standards.

The role involves monitoring campaign performance, maintaining accurate records of partnerships, and collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize creator and brand experiences.





The Influencer Marketing

Associate will also support outreach activities, prepare reports and insights, and contribute to strategies that enhance MyWall’s presence in the influencer and social media ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Hands-on experience or solid interest in Influencer Marketing, including managing or participating in creator collaborations.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and awareness of current digital trends.
- Understanding of Public Relations and brand reputation management in a digital-first environment.
- Basic Sales or partnership development skills to support outreach, negotiation, and closing of campaigns.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and create clear reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in influencer platforms, agencies, or digital marketing is an advantage.
