? Key Responsibilities

- Communicate and build strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Research and shortlist creators based on brand objectives, target audience, engagement, and campaign goals.
- Coordinate paid collaborations, barter partnerships, product seeding, and promotional activities.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, performance reports, and documentation.
- Support social media outreach, creator engagement, and relationship management.
- Monitor campaign timelines to ensure smooth execution and timely deliverables.




- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing post-campaign reports.

✅ Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Passion for influencer marketing, digital trends, and content creation.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
