About AIC Pinnacle

AIC Pinnacle is an innovation and incubation ecosystem focused on supporting startups,

fostering entrepreneurship, and creating meaningful connections across founders,

investors, corporates, academia, and the broader innovation ecosystem.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Incubation Intern who is curious about startups and entrepreneurship and wants hands-on exposure to the startup ecosystem.

The intern will work closely with the incubation team to support startup engagement,

research, programs, events, and ecosystem activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate with startups and founders as part of incubation activities.

 Support startup onboarding, documentation, tracking, and regular follow-ups.

 Conduct research on startups, markets, industries, and emerging technologies.

 Assist in organizing incubation programs, workshops, mentoring sessions, and events.

 Support startup evaluation and preparation of relevant reports and presentations.

 Coordinate with mentors, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners.





 Maintain databases, trackers, and regular updates on portfolio startups.

 Support other initiatives undertaken by the incubation team.

What We’re Looking For

 Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Entrepreneurship,

Business Management, Management Studies, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.

 Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and the business ecosystem.

 Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong research and analytical abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

 Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.

 Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups eƯectively.
