In-Store Sales Associate

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years in Retail Sales / Showroom Sales

About the Role

ORNAZ is looking for a confident, polished and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

As the first point of contact for customers entering the store, you will play an important role in creating a warm, elevated and seamless shopping experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage with walk-in customers in a warm, professional and attentive manner.

Understand customer preferences, requirements and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery.

Present and explain ORNAZ’s collections, designs, materials and product details.

Assist customers throughout their purchase journey and confidently handle sales conversations.

Build solid relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries and potential sales.





Maintain a polished and organised appearance of the front-of-store and customer-facing areas.

Handle customer queries and coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth experience.

Work towards individual and store-level sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer-facing sales.

Experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, beauty or premium retail will be an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, well-groomed and comfortable interacting with customers.

Strong sales orientation with the ability to build trust and convert enquiries into sales.

A professional and service-oriented approach.
