Responsibilities:

ETL Testing & Quality Assurance

- Lead end-to-end ETL testing activities for data warehouse, data migration, and data integration projects.

- Design and implement ETL testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and validation frameworks.

- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple source and target systems.

- Ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the ETL lifecycle.

- Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.

Test Management
- Manage testing schedules, deliverables, resource allocation, and testing milestones.





- Estimate testing efforts and track project progress against timelines.

- Monitor defect management processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Report testing status, risks, and metrics to project stakeholders and leadership.

- Drive continuous improvements in testing methodologies and processes.
