Hiring an In-House Pharmacist for Cranberry.Fit's migraine care plans — you'll be the clinical backbone our members rely on for protected, effective care. Review member prescriptions and flag drug interactions or contraindications Counsel members on medication usage, dosage, and side effects over calls Coordinate with treating doctors to clarify or adjust migraine treatment plans Maintain accurate medication records and update member charts accordingly Make outbound tele calls to members as needed for consultations and follow-ups Requirements: B.Pharm/M Pharm Registered Pharmacy Licence is must Immediate Joiner
