About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Immigration Consultant / Advisor to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of immigration processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients throughout their immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding immigration and visa options based on their requirements and eligibility.
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs, countries, and visa categories.
- Handle client consultations through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Explain immigration procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, and associated processes clearly to clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into successful cases.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates throughout the application process.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documentation.
- Ensure all client information and case records are accurately maintained.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, visa requirements, and application procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of client applications.




- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales/conversion targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant, Immigration Advisor, Visa Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of immigration/visa processes and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in Spain, Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe, or other international immigration programs will be preferred. What We Offer
