Business Analyst (HRMS)

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and AI-first Business Analyst to help shape and enhance the Pocket HRMS product.

What You'll Do

- Understand business problems and convert them into product requirements
- Create process flows, user stories, and functional documents
- Identify product gaps and enhancement opportunities
- Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Support teams
- Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and productivity

Solid Preference

- HRMS domain experience
- Payroll, Attendance, Leave, or HR Operations knowledge
- Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Implementation Consultants, Product Consultants, Support Specialists, Payroll Professionals, and HR Operations professionals looking to move into Product/BA roles.
