We are seeking an experienced IICS Developer to design, develop, and support cloud-based data integration solutions and ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in IICS development, data integration, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to support production environments and onboard new data sources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Application Integration (CAI), Data Quality (DQ), and Data Synchronization.

Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver data across cloud and on-premises systems.

Develop secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations using IICS mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, parameterization, and reusable components.

Create and maintain reusable templates, mappings, and frameworks to improve development efficiency.

Collaborate with architects, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration solutions.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Support deployment processes across development, testing, and production environments.

Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational support processes for integration solutions.

Enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and data profiling practices.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, runbooks, support guides, and data flow diagrams.

Support platform governance, security, connectivity, access management, and best practices.





Required Qualifications

9+ years of experience in Data Integration, ETL/ELT Development, or Data Engineering roles.

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Application Integration (CAI).

Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, troubleshoot, and enhance complex queries.

Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration patterns, data transformations, and performance optimization techniques.

Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.

Experience integrating with cloud platforms, Databricks, and SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and other integration formats.

Experience with source control tools such as Git and deployment automation processes.

Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Informatica Cloud or Cloud Data Integration certifications.

Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and migration projects from PowerCenter to IICS.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience working with cloud storage solutions such as Amazon S3 or Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).

Experience with Databricks, cloud data warehouses, and modern ELT architectures.

Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data privacy regulations.

Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.

Technical Skills
