We are looking for a skilled and experienced IDS Implementation & Resort Operations professional with solid knowledge of IDS PMS / Hospitality Management Systems and practical experience in resort operations.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting IDS implementation, system configuration, user training, operational integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring that the PMS is effectively utilized across all relevant resort departments.

Key Responsibilities

IDS / PMS Implementation

- Lead and support IDS PMS implementation across the resort.
- Configure system settings according to resort operational requirements.
- Set up room categories, rate plans, packages, taxes, market segments, sources and transaction codes.
- Configure and monitor interfaces with related systems such as POS, channel manager, CRS and other hotel applications.
- Conduct system testing before and after implementation.
- Identify system gaps and coordinate with the software support team for resolution.
- Maintain system master data and ensure accuracy.

Resort Operations

- Understand and support complete resort operations, including:
- Front Office
- Reservations
- Housekeeping
- F&B; Service
- F&B; Production
- POS Operations
- Accounts / Finance
- Spa and other resort outlets
- Ensure IDS workflows are aligned with actual resort operating procedures.
- Support room booking, check-in, check-out, room status, billing and night audit processes.
- Monitor operational reports and ensure correct data flow between departments.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend system-based solutions.

Training & User Support
- Train Front Office, Reservations, Accounts, F&B; and other department users on IDS.
- Prepare user guides, SOPs and process documentation.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and system support.
- Monitor user compliance and ensure proper system usage.

Reports & Controls
- Generate and review PMS operational reports.




- Ensure accurate room revenue, occupancy, ADR, revenue and departmental data.
- Coordinate with Accounts / Cost Control for accurate system postings and reconciliations.
- Verify system reports against operational and financial records.
- Maintain proper audit trails and system controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel/resort operations and IDS/PMS.
- Strong practical knowledge of IDS PMS / Hospitality Software.
- Previous experience in IDS implementation, configuration or system migration will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Front Office and Reservations operations.
- Working knowledge of F&B;/POS, Housekeeping and Accounts interfaces.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Ability to coordinate with software vendors and different resort departments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and hospitality reporting.
