Role: Officer IBOR Accounting & Reconciliation

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview The AVP will manage day-to-day delivery across IBOR accounting and reconciliation processes, ensuring operational excellence, control adherence, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong execution capability along with a proactive approach to governance and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily IBOR accounting and reconciliation activities across portfolios
- Ensure timely closure of breaks with proper root cause analysis and resolution
- Support fund accounting and middle office processes with strong operational linkage
- Drive adherence to controls, compliance, and audit requirements
- Support process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting (Power BI exposure preferred)
- Play a key role in account transitions and stabilization efforts

Required Experience
- 13+ years of experience in IBOR accounting, reconciliations, and fund accounting
- Exposure to Middle Office functions or investment operations
- Strong understanding of accounting flows, break management, and reconciliation processes
- Experience supporting or participating in transformation/automation initiatives
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is preferred
- Candidates have to be open for shifts
