Job Title - Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer – Ping Federate / Okta

Responsibilities:

- Apply deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and best practices.
- Design, implement, and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Ping Federate in line with business requirements.
- Integrate Ping Federate with a wide range of applications and identity providers.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Ping Federate environments.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to SSO and identity federation.
- Ensure all SSO solutions adhere to security best practices and organizational compliance standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver appropriate IAM solutions.
- Document configuration, processes, and changes within the SSO workplace.
- Monitor SSO system performance,



optimizing for reliability and efficiency.
- Implement system enhancements, upgrades, and patches as required.
- Design, configure, and manage Okta solutions to support evolving IAM requirements.
- Integrate Okta with third-party applications and identity providers.

Experience:

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Ping Federate and Okta.
- Strong experience with Ping Federate, Azure SSO, and related technologies.
- Proficiency with identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Familiarity with directory services, including LDAP and Active Directory.
- Proven experience in configuring and administering Okta Identity Cloud.
