Join our iC Consult India team as a IAM Business Analyst (Saviynt), either Hybrid / Remote at our locations in Mumbai.

Your Responsibilities:

- Collect and document functional and technical requirements for in-scope applications
- Coordinate with application owners, IT teams and business users throughout onboarding
- Document current-state processes and design future-state identity management workflows
- UAT coordination and stakeholder sign-off chasing
- Working knowledge of Saviynt (or comparable IGA platform) application onboarding processes
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance concepts

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with agile methodologies
- Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, IIBA)
- Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail, customer service mindset, team collaboration

Your Experience:

- 5+ years in business analysis for identity management or enterprise applications
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- User story writing and requirement documentation experience
- Test case development and UAT coordination experience
