Role Description This full-time, on-site HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting Design Engineer role is based in Noida. The role involves designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing system layouts, sizing equipment and piping, drafting technical drawings, and developing BOQs and specifications in coordination with project teams.

The engineer will perform load calculations, review designs for constructability and safety, support testing and commissioning activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes coordinating with clients,



responding to technical queries, and ensuring designs support sustainability, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plumbing system design and Pipe routing, including selection of materials, sizing, and layout of networks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance practices related to building services and mechanical systems.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with clients, understand requirements, and provide professional technical support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; a diploma with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Knowledge of HVAC system design, fire fighting systems, applicable building codes, and safety regulations (e.g., NFPA, local standards).
- Proficiency with design and drafting tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with load calculation software.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
