Leading HVAC Projects Company handling Commercial, Industrial, Hospital & IT Park projects is hiring a HVAC Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting & piping drawings - Shop & GFC drawings in AutoCAD & Revit MEP
- Perform cooling / heating load calculations - HAP / E20 as per ASHRAE - Heat load mandatory
- Equipment selection - AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF / VRV, Pumps, Fans
- Prepare BOQ, technical submittals & material take-offs for tenders
- Coordinate with project & site teams for design clarifications & site issues
- Ensure compliance with NBC, ISHRAE, ASHRAE & local codes
- Review vendor drawings & support procurement

Mandatory Requirements

- B.E / http://B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical with HVAC certification - ISHRAE cert is a plus




- Min 2 years in HVAC design for commercial / hospital / IT park projects - Portfolio must
- Software: AutoCAD - Mandatory, Revit MEP - Mandatory, HAP - Mandatory. Navisworks / Trace 700 is a plus
- Robust knowledge of psychrometrics, duct design, pipe sizing, static pressure calculations
- Must be based in Chennai - Candidates near Guindy, Velachery, Saidapet, Alandur preferred
