Role Description The Human Resources Talent Acquisition intern will support the HR team in identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for various roles and internship programs. This internship role is hybrid, based in Firozpur, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks.

Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, updating applicant databases, coordinating interviews, and assisting in communication with prospective interns and employees.



The intern will help in maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to employer branding initiatives aimed at student and early-career talent. This role offers exposure to real-world HR practices, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to learn about talent pipelines in an EdTech environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge, with an interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Skills in HR Management and Personnel Management to support candidate lifecycle and assist in onboarding activities.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits or willingness to learn and apply these in day-to-day HR tasks.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple recruitment tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with basic office software and online recruitment platforms; comfort working in a hybrid setup (Firozpur and remote).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in EdTech or student-focused initiatives is an advantage.
