We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our HR team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and HRMS-related activities.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, trackers, and other documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with employees and managers on routine HR-related requirements.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support the HR team with other HR projects and activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
