About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Jr.

Recruitment

Executive / Senior Recruitment Executive to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a solid background in hiring for Accounts, Finance, Auditing and Outsourcing companies. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of various talent sourcing channels.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective candidate search strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including:
- Job portals
- LinkedIn
- Employee referrals
- Social media platforms
- Recruitment databases
- Networking and references
- Direct sourcing / headhunting
- Handle recruitment for Accounts, Finance, Audit, Taxation and Outsourcing profiles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, communication and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
- Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
- Good understanding of different modes of sourcing and headhunting.
- Experience in using LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Accounts, Finance, Auditing and Outsourcing recruitment will be highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience.
- Candidates who have worked in Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing, Outsourcing or Corporate Recruitment environments are preferred.
- Proven experience in hiring Accounts / Finance / Audit professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month CTC, depending on experience, recruitment expertise and candidate profile.Location
