We are hiring our foundational People Operations & Talent Acquisition Associate based in Mumbai.

This isn’t a slow, back-office HR desk job. This is the operational cockpit of our entire organization. You will work directly with leadership to scout top-tier talent, design onboarding journeys, build scalable people systems, and shape the company culture from day zero.

What You’ll Own:

- Elite Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment across Product, Growth, Creative, NPD, Finance, and Operations. Own the pipeline, hunt on LinkedIn, close candidates, and give every applicant a world-class hiring experience.
- Zero-to-One People Ops: Manage the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, documentation, attendance, HR SOPs, and performance cycles.
- Smooth Payroll & Compliance: Partner closely with finance and external partners to ensure airtight payroll, statutory filings, and employee records.
- Office & Workplace Experience: Own asset management, vendor relationships,



and day-to-day workplace operations so the team operates without friction.
- Culture & Energy: Be the heartbeat of the office—driving engagement, team celebrations, feedback loops, and open communication.

Who You Are:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience across talent acquisition, HR ops, or early-stage people operations.
- Startup-ready: You thrive in high-growth environments, take absolute ownership, and love bringing order to chaotic momentum.
- Execution machine: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and absolute discretion with sensitive data.
- Bonus points: Prior experience in high-growth D2C, consumer tech, health & wellness, or agency ecosystems.
