Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for a growing sales-focused organization. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to forecast hiring needs, managing talent acquisition processes, developing HR policies, and maintaining compliant and inclusive workplace practices.

Manager will design and implement training and development programs, support compensation and benefits administration, and handle employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality.



The role also involves nurturing a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Tzahu’s mission of building strong, motivated sales teams.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding, with experience hiring for sales or commercial roles.
- Proficiency in performance management, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback processes to support high-performing teams.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives that foster an inclusive and supportive work setting.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance practices relevant to on-site operations in Kochi.
- Ability to design and coordinate training, coaching, and development programs in partnership with sales training leadership.
- Solid organizational, documentation, and HRIS or HR software skills to manage employee records and data securely.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role, preferably in a training, sales, or fast-paced growth environment.
