Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall HR function and team.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and provide HR insights and support to management.

Requirements




- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant HR experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proactive, professional, and people-oriented approach.
