Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and culture initiatives in a rapid-paced product environment. In this role, you will partner directly with engineering, product, and leadership teams to scale technical talent, design competitive compensation structures, and build a high-performance culture aligned with our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

- Employee Relations & Culture: Drive initiatives that foster an agile, inclusive, and collaborative work environment; serve as the primary point of contact for resolving workforce grievances and interpersonal issues.
- Performance Management: Execute quarterly/annual performance reviews, implement OKR/KPI frameworks, and establish clear career progression paths for technical and cross-functional roles.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive, tech-standard compensation packages, equity/ESOP programs, and retention strategies to attract and retain top industry talent.
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Lead smooth,



tech-enabled onboarding and offboarding processes to maximize new hire integration and preserve institutional knowledge.
- Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps within product teams and facilitate technical workshops, leadership training, and continuous learning programs.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain HRIS data integrity, manage payroll inputs, and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles, with at least 2 years in a tech product, SaaS, or startup company.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of tech industry roles, hiring dynamics, and agile team organizational structures.
- Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling) and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Communication: Exceptional communication, mediation, and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of management.
