Role Description
This is a full time on-site Work-from-Office role located in Noida. The role will be two-pronged ie managing HR functions as well as Recruitment.
Qualifications
- MBA (HR)
- Tech and non-Tech Recruitment and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Experience of working in a Tech startup will be a great plus
