Role Description

This is a remote internship chance for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will support the HR team in implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting in personnel management.



Day-to-day tasks may include updating HR records, conducting research, assisting with onboarding, and responding to employee inquiries.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, including HR policies
- Experience with HR Management and Employee Benefits processes
- Familiarity with Personnel Management and related administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office or HR software is a plus
