DURATION: 3 MONTHS

WORK MODE: ON-SITE

STIPEND: ₹10,000 / MONTH

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Source and screen candidates

Coordinate interviews

Work on recruitment and talent acquisition

Support employee engagement initiatives

Assist with HR operations and documentation

Get exposure to real startup challenges and decisions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is

Curious, proactive and hungry to learn A good communicator

Comfortable taking ownership

Interested in building a career in HR

- A student or recent graduate in HR, MBA, PGDM or a related field
