Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at MHTECHIN™ is a remote internship position supporting the HR team in day-to-day people operations. The intern will assist with maintaining employee records, helping implement HR policies, and supporting personnel and benefits administration under supervision.

Responsibilities may include preparing HR documentation, participating in recruitment support activities, scheduling interviews, and contributing to onboarding processes. The intern will help with HR data entry and reporting, respond to basic employee inquiries,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive employee experience. This internship offers practical exposure to HR practices in a global, technology-focused consulting environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms).
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
