? Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Support onboarding and employee documentation

Maintain HR records and databases

Assist with employee engagement activities

Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks





Provide general administrative support to the HR department

? Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Quick learner with a proactive attitude
