About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is organised, and wants to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers for recruitment requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate and recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
- Assist with preparing recruitment reports and maintaining HR data.
- Take up additional HR-related projects and responsibilities as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates and employees.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
