Position Summary The Senior Manager - HRIT will lead the delivery, enhancement, and support of HR technology solutions with a robust focus on

SAP SuccessFactors and

AI-driven HR transformation

. The role will partner with HR and business leaders to modernize HR processes, improve employee experience, and drive adoption of intelligent HR technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, including Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Compensation, and Succession.

- Lead HR technology projects, system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and vendor management.

- Drive AI-enabled HR initiatives including chatbot solutions, employee self-service, HR analytics, automation, and generative AI use cases.

- Partner with HR COEs and business stakeholders to transform and optimize HR processes.

- Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, reporting, and platform governance.

- Build and mentor a high-performing HRIT team.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,



Information Technology, or related field.

- 10-15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in HR Technology leadership.

- Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.

- Experience in SuccessFactors implementations, integrations, releases, role-based permissions, reporting, and system administration.

- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI/BTP, APIs, middleware, and HR application integrations.

- Experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives in the HR domain.
