Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Associate. The Human Resources Associate will manage daily HR operations, facilitate employee engagement initiatives, coordinate training and development programs, and maintain compliance with company policies. The role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding,
and providing assistance to employees and management in addressing HR-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
- Knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes with the ability to implement best practices
- Experience in designing and delivering effective Training & Development programs
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members at various levels
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
