Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and HR documentation for Teledgers’ Gurugram office. This full-time, on-site role will handle employee relations, support performance management activities, and assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, supporting payroll and advantages administration in collaboration with finance, and maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data.
The Human Resources
Executive will also help drive employee engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with labor regulations,
and serve as a trusted point of contact for HR-related queries.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to oversee core people processes and support organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess solid HR Operations skills, including experience with onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR software tools.
- Candidates should possess proven Employee Relations abilities, including conflict resolution, employee counseling, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
- Candidates should possess experience in developing, interpreting, and implementing HR Policies aligned with local labor laws and company standards.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
- Familiarity with Indian labor regulations and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology or telecom environment is advantageous.
