Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and employee documentation for spa locations. This full-time, on-site role in Indore involves coordinating training for therapists and staff, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor regulations. The role includes handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture.

Executive will also assist with payroll inputs,



leave management, and HR reporting, while supporting HR initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Skills in HR administration such as maintaining employee records, attendance and leave management, and supporting payroll processes.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards relevant to hospitality or wellness services.
- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to build trust and support a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple HR tasks across locations with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HR software or basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR within spa, hospitality, wellness, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
