We are looking for an HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The role requires a proactive and well-organised professional who can manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, HR administration, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR reporting.
The ideal candidate should be approachable, detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with creative and technical professionals in an architecture and design workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for architects, interior designers, landscape architects, BIM professionals, technical staff, administrative roles, and interns.
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and confidential information.
- Manage attendance,
leave records, holidays, and updates.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory documentation.
- Assist with employee confirmations, performance reviews, appraisals, and training initiatives.
- Support employee engagement activities, office events, and internal HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, headcount, attrition, and manpower requirements.
- Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience handling recruitment and HR operations independently.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as Keka, Zoho People, or similar systems.
- Good understanding of HR documentation, payroll coordination, and basic statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
- Experience in an architecture/ design/ engineering, consultancy, or professional services firm will be an advantage.
