Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based at RIOO’s office in Bengaluru.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring smooth HR administration. The role involves supporting HR policies and procedures, handling day-to-day employee queries, and facilitating performance management and appraisal cycles. The person in this role will focus on employee relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives,



and supporting a positive workplace culture.

They will also collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition, coordinate training and development activities, and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations and maintaining a healthy workplace environment.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR management software, along with basic MS Office skills.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
